Diane Jilenkrian, born and raised in Beirut-Lebanon, embarked on her fitness journey with her academic studies. Being passionate about health, nutrition and overall wellness, it only made sense to go with a bachelor degree in “Human Nutrition & Dietetics” with a specialization in “Sports Nutrition”.
Post graduation, she accomplished her hospital formation at the “Notre Dame du Liban” as the practical side of the clinical nutrition, acquiring the necessary knowledge and experience with in-patient treatments. Shortly after that, she traveled all the way, from Beirut to Vancouver, BC Canada, to get into a study program in “Holistic Nutrition” as it was a newly rising interest in her community. Later on, she participated in “Personal Trainer” IFPA courses to pursue her dream of becoming a coach & nutritionist combined.
“Must be empowered with knowledge to be able to provide the best care & service to clients” is her career formula. She obtained her first years of experience in the field as a co-working nutritionist in diet centers.
Moving on to later years, she has got her first hand-on experience in the fitness industry working as a full time coach and private dietitian at GoodlifeFitness.
She has spent the past 5 years helping people reach their physique and health goals with her custom-made diet plans and training programs.
Her target clientele includes overweight and obese cases for weight loss & weigh management as well as health & wellness purposes; Also, men and women looking to become fitter, leaner & get in-shape for life.
Currently, she offers private PT sessions, one-on-one and one-on-two (for couples or friends), as well as online coaching with nutrition & training packages.
Her passion to this lifestyle is what makes her unique. She’s very well known for giving her clients enthusiastic yet tough sessions fueled with positive energy. She believes in giving each member their own needs while keeping it fun and motivating.
